Arguments concluded in High Court on Chandrababu, Narayana’s petitions
The High Court on Friday heard the arguments on petitions filed by TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu and former minister P Narayana over the notices served to them by the AP CID officials after registering cases against them regarding the sale of 500-acre assigned lands in Mangalagiri.
The CID registered cases against Chandrababu, Narayana and six others based on the complaint of YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy. Supreme Court lawyer Sidharth Luthra has appeared on behalf of Chandrababu and former Advocate-General Dammalapati Srinivas for Narayana. The High Court would hear the arguments of the CID after 3 pm.
