Amaravati assigned lands: AP CID registered cases against Chandrababu and 8 others
The AP CID officials registered cases against TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu, former minister Narayana and seven others to probe their alleged involvement in the Amaravati assigned lands on February 24. On Tuesday, the CID sleuths came to the residence of Chandrababu at Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad and handed over notice to him.
The opposition leader was asked to appear before the CID officials on March 23 while Narayana will have to present before the CID on March 22. However, the TDP wants to approach the High Court against the CID notices.
