Cat on a fast train roof holds up London to Manchester service
A cat narrowly avoided its death after being spotted on a fast train roof running London to Manchester service. At the last moment, the train was stopped. The feline was seen on an Avanti West Coast train at London Euston, about half an hour before leaving for Manchester recently. 25,000-volt overhead lines power the speeding train.
According to the reports, train passengers were transferred to a replacement train. It took nearly three hours for the cat to move from its perilous perch. A bin was pulled up to save the cat.
