Nara Lokesh makes ten promises during Municipal elections campaign
VISAKHAPATNAM: Telugu Desam Party national general secretary Nara Lokesh is busy on an election campaign for municipal elections across Visakhapatnam. He visited the Simhadri Appanna temple and offer prayers to God. Later, he participated in the roadshow supporting the TDP contestants in the election. Addressing the roadshow, TDP leader Nara Lokesh made ten promise. He said after winning the elections, they will reopen the Anna canteens within 100 days. He added that they will waive the property tax. Lokesh further added that they will maintain the sanitation and hygiene in the city.
He said that TDP will work for auto drivers and will construct auto stands and toilets. TDP promised to increase the minimum salary of municipal workers to Rs 21,000. He stated that they will conduct job melas for the unemployed youth, every six months. Nara Lokesh said that they will waive the water tax to the poor if they come to the power.
