Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham reaches Vijayawada railway court
VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh Kapu community leader Mudragada Padmanabham reached Vijayawada railway station for hearings on setting fire to Ratnachal express train during the Kapu movement. It is known that during the Kapu reservation movement in the previous government, protestors set fire to the Ratnachal Express train near Tuni and police filed cases against 41 persons.
The court issued summons to 41 persons including Mudragada Padmanabham to attend hearings at Vijayawada Railway court. Today, 41 persons reached the court to attend the inquiry. Addressing the media, Kapu leaders said that police issued notices to people who are innocent and not associated with the incident.
