CM KCR's decision has gained political significance against the backdrop of the CM launching birth centenary celebrations of PVNR grandly. The upcoming Hyderabad-RR-Mahbubnagar graduates MLC constituency election has assumed significance as the TRS MLC ticket has been offered to the former PM's daughter, and she an educated person.

Telangana Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has asked the opposition parties to respect the former PM PV Narasimha Rao family and help her get elected unanimously.

PV Surabhi Vani Devi has also talked to the media stating that she is happy to get the opportunity and prove herself in the challenging field. Further, she said she would try to develop and concluded by asking for a vote for her.
