High Court to appoint amicus curiae for assistance into Kodali Nani’s petition against SEC’s orders
The High Court on Monday adjourned on house motion petition filed by Civil Supplies Minister Kodali Nani against the State Election Commission’s orders to Wednesday. The SEC directed Kodali Nani not to speak to the media till February 21 and instructed the Krishna SP to file a case against him. The minister challenged the orders in the High Court.
Petitioner’s lawyer and advocate of the SEC have submitted video tapes of Kodali Nani to the High Court. But the court has expressed dissatisfaction over the video tapes and said that amicus curiae will be appointed by Tuesday for assistance.
