Minister Botsa exudes confidence of YSRCP sweeping municipal elections

Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Botsa Satyanarayana said on Monday that the YSRCP will win majority municipalities, municipal corporations and Nagar Panchayats. To a question, he stated that the AP government has been cooperating with the State Election Commission (SEC) for holding elections to urban and rural bodies.
The minister mentioned that the YSRCP being a political party is always ready to face the elections. The SEC on Monday released schedule for municipal elections. The polling for urban local bodies will be held on March 10 and counting of votes on March 14.
