PM Modi speaks to US Prez Joe Biden, says discussed shared priorities
Prime Minister Narendra Modi dialled U.S President Joe Biden on Monday and the leaders are said to have discussed on several key issues including bilateral ties and climate change. In a tweet, the PM said, “I spoke to Joe Biden and conveyed my best wishes for his success. We discussed regional issues and our shared priorities. We also agreed to further our cooperation against climate change.” The PM informed Biden that the India is committed to a rule-based international order. This was the first telephonic conversation between the two leaders after Biden's inauguration which took place last month.
