YSRCP MP Vijaya Sai Reddy expresses disappointment over Union Budget 2021

Expressing his disappointment over Union Budget 2021, YSRCP MP Vijaya Sai Reddy on Monday said that new projects were sanctioned and major allocations were made to the poll-bound states and Andhra Pradesh was totally ignored. Speaking to the media, the MP mentioned that the Union Budget did not mention revised cost estimates of the Polavaram Project.
“No use of proposed freight corridors between Kharagpur and Vijayawada and Itarsi to Vijayawada,” he stated. Vijay Sai criticised the previous Congress-led UPA government and present Modi government for not announcing Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh.
