AP govt, YSRCP not scared of SEC Nimmagadda holding panchayat polls in Feb, says Sajjala
AP government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said on Thursday that the Jagan government and YSRCP are not scared of State Election Commissioner (SEC) Nimmagadda Ramesh holding panchayat elections in February. Speaking to the media, Sajjala stated that the AP government is worried that elderly people might contract coronavirus if they come out to vote for panchayat elections. “The AP government is in favour of panchayat elections after frontline workers and government employees are vaccinated,” he mentioned. Sajjala alleged that Nimmagadda is acting at the behest of TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu.
