Issue renotification for shifting AP High Court to Kurnool, CM Jagan urges HM Amit Shah

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has urged Union Home Minister Amit Shah to issue renotification for shifting the Andhra Pradesh High Court to Kurnool from Amaravati. The CM met Amit Shah along with YSRCP MPs Vijaya Sai Reddy, Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy, Peddireddy Mithun Reddy, and Praveen Prakash, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister.
The meeting between the CM and Amit Shah lasted for more than an hour on Tuesday night. An official press release from the Chief Minister’s Office stated that the CM raised the issue of three capitals with the Home Minister. Jagan Reddy also requested Amit Shah to approve revised cost estimates of the Polavaram Project and grant special status to AP.
