Kidnap case: Special teams sent to Maharashtra, Karnataka to nab Bhargav Ram, Guntur Srinu
Based on technical evidence and intelligence inputs, the Hyderabad police have sent special teams to Maharashtra and Karnataka to nab Bhargav Ram and Guntur Srinu, who are key accused in the kidnapping of former national badminton player Praveen Rao and his brothers over a land dispute at Hafeezpet in Hyderabad.
Both ran away from Hyderabad after taking the signatures of Praveen and his brothers on blank papers. The cops took the driver of former TDP minister Bhuma Akhila Priya into custody in Kurnool. Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar stated that remaining accused in the kidnap case will be arrested in a day or two.
