Bhatti Vikramarka asks CM KCR to pass resolution against new farm laws
HYDERABAD: Telangana Congress floor leader Bhatti Vikramarka wrote a letter to chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao asked him to pass a resolution against the new agriculture laws introduced by the Centre. He asked CM KCR to request the governor Tamilisai Soundarajan to hold a special session of the assembly to pass the resolution.
He said that CM KCR's u-turn on the three agriculture laws let down the farmers and agriculture sector in the state. He said that CM KCR opposed the farm laws first and later he took u-turn after he met PM Narendra Modi. He said that it is not right to pledge the welfare of the farmers for his personal benefit.
