Plane Crash: Indonesian plane missing shortly after takeoff
An Indonesian Sirwijaya plane carrying more than 50 passengers lost the contact after taking takeoff from Jakarta to Pontianak in West Kalimantan province on Sunday. The aircraft Boeing 737-500 lost contact more than 10,000 feet altitude after taking takeoff from Jakarta.
Officials of Basarnas, the National Search and Rescue Agency said that the suspected debris of the plane found in coast Jakarta. Fishermen found the wreckage of a plane in waters of north Jakarta and officials are searching to confirm the news whether it is Boeing 737 or not. Fishermen reported that they saw explosions in the sea for two times.
