BCCI president Sourav Ganguly suffers heart attack, admitted to Kolkata hospital
In a shocking incident, the Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) President and the former India captain Sourav Ganguly has been admitted to a hospital in Kolkata after complaining of a heart issue while performing a fitness routine in the gym at his residence on Saturday morning.
Expressing concern, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in a tweet said, “Sad to hear that Ganguly suffered a mild cardiac arrest and has been admitted to hospital. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.”
