Akshay Kumar hikes remuneration from Rs 100 crore to 135 crore per film

At a time when most A-list actors in Bollywood prefer to do one film a year, Akshay Kumar has constantly been belting out three to four movies a year. Now, according to a report, the actor has spiked his fees from Rs 100 crore per film to Rs 135 crore for the films slated for release in 2022.
The producers are willing to pay the remuneration to Akshay because of assured returns for his movies. Over the last few months, the actor hiked his fees from Rs 99 crore to 108 crore. For his latest film, he charged Rs 117 crore.
