Telangana High Court clarity on Registration of non-agricultural assets
Telangana High Court has given clarity on the registration of non-agricultural assets. It has made it clear that the registration can be continued in the old method. It has extended the stay up to December 10th concerning Dharani portal taking up the registration process.
The High Court has directed the government to file counter on three GOs concerning Dharani portal. It also said that the collected data should have legal protection. The said legal move took place after Advocate General appealed the court to lift the interim order on the registration of non-agricultural assets.
