Outsourcing agency demands bribe from AP liquor shops to renew services of 11,000 staff
An outsourcing agency called Reddy Enterprises has demanded liquor shops to pay one month salary of their 11,000 staff as a bribe for renewal of latter services. The agency has planned to collect Rs 5 crore from the liquor shops. After receiving complaints from the liquor outlets, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Excise K Narayanaswamy has instructed Special Chief Secretary Rajat Bhargava to order a probe and submit a report to him within two days. He made it clear that the Jagan government will not tolerate corruption at any level.
