Nandyal suicide case: Cops charged under bailable sections, says Chandrababu
TDP national president N Chandrababu on Thursday faulted the AP government for registering cases against Nandyal CI Somasekhar Reddy and head constable Gangadhar under bailable sections in connection with the mass suicide of Abdul Salam family. Speaking to the media through video conference, Chandrababu slammed the YSRCP government for trying to deceive people. “IPS officials have no knowledge of registering cases against cops under non-bailable sections,” he asked the state government. Chandrababu criticised the ministers and YSRCP leaders for alleging that the TDP was supporting the accused. The TDP chief also enlisted the crimes in the YSRCP rule.
