Indian Army's fire stunt rider gets engulfed in flames while attempting world record
An Indian Army officer Shivam Singh, also a daredevil rider, had a narrow escape on Tuesday after he got engulfed in flames. The mishap occurred when he was attempting to set a world record. Captain Shivam Singh rode through a 127 metres fire tunnel.
The previous record was 120.40 metres by Enrico Schoeman and Andre de Kock from SA. He suffered minor burn injuries and the bike he was riding was completely gutted. Later, Singh was shifted to a hospital for medical consultation. An official statement about the health of Shivam is expected very soon.
