FIR against Sushant Rajput's sisters by Rhea Chakraborty vitiated: CBI
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has faulted the Mumbai Police for registering an FIR against late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters Meetu Singh and Priyanka Singh on the complaint of one of the accused, Rhea Chakraborty. CBI said it is vitiated. The CBI further said another FIR registration on the cause of action was neither warranted, not allowed under the law.
The CBI has ruled out the actress's allegations, stating that the allegations are presumptive and speculative. The CBI has replied after Rhea Chakraborty has recently urged the Bombay High Court not to dismiss her case against Sushant's two sisters.
