YSRCP govt evaded payment of Rs 77,500 to each farmer, alleges Chandrababu
TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday alleged that the YSRCP government evaded payment of Rs 77,500 to each farmer in the state. Speaking to the TDP leaders through the Zoom conference, Chandrababu said that each farmer will get only Rs 37,500 in five years under the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme. “If the TDP was in power then each farmer would have got Rs 1.15 lakh,” he mentioned. Chandrababu slammed the ruling Jagan government for hiking penalties imposed for violation of traffic rules. He faulted the registration of police cases against the TDP leaders visiting flood-affected areas.
