Telangana CM KCR to bring new changes in DA system
HYDERABAD: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao directed the Finance Department officials to pay One Dearness Allowance (DA) to the government employees. According to the sources, CM KCR said that the DA to be paid to the employees must be decided for every six months and the changes will be made after the Centre's decision.
He asked the officials to get ready with proposals and the state Cabinet will decide on the new policy. He asked the officials to pay one DA to employees from 1st July 2019. CM KCR announced the government increased by 5.25 DA and it will be now as 38.77 per cent. The government also declared a holiday for government employees on 26th October.
