Delhi High Court Bar Association members receives threat calls
NEW DELHI: Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) Secretary Abhijat said that he received abusive and threatening calls from a person from London. He said that they received the phone calls after the association passed a unanimous resolution condemning the allegations of Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy against Supreme Court Justice NV Ramana.
As per reports, Abhijat said that he and the president of the association, senior advocate Mothit Mathur and his family received threat calls with serious injuries. He wrote a letter to the Commissioner of Delhi citing there is a life threat to him and requested to take necessary action against the person who threatened him.
