CM KCR announces Rs 5 crore to GHMC, Rs 5 lakh ex-gratia to flood victims
HYDERABAD: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao held a high-level review meeting at Pragathi Bhavan to monitor the flood situations in Hyderabad and various districts in the state. According to the sources, CM KCR released Rs 5 crore to the GHMC to speed up the relief operations in flood-affected areas. He announced Rs 5 lakh ex-gratia to the families of the person who lost their lives in rain-related incidents.
CM KCR ordered the officials to supply essential items, pulses and three blankets to the flood victims on a war foot. He also assured new houses to the people those who lost their houses during the deluge and repair works will be undertaken for partially damaged houses. Click the video for more information.
