Special CBI Court to hear AP CM YS Jagan's disproportionate assets case today
HYDERABAD: The special CBI court is going to hear the alleged disproportionate assets case involving Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy today. On Friday, the court heard the plea and postponed the further hearing to 12th October. AP CM YS Jagan's lawyer filed a petition seeking hearing via video-conference.
Earlier, CBI Court rejected the plea filed by YS Jagan requesting postponement of money laundering cases filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The court also gave exemption to YS Jagan from personal appearance before the court in connection with disproportionate assets case and quid pro quo cases.
