CM Jagan distributes 3 lakh acre pattas to 1.53 lakh tribal farmers
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday distributed 3 lakh acres of Recognition of Forest Rights (RoFR) pattas to 1.53 lakh tribals across the state, on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi birth anniversary. He stated that the Rythu Bharosa Scheme would be extended to tribal farmers. Every year, the tribal farmers would be paid Rs 13,500 towards farm investment.
The chief minister gave a call to people to show their gratitude towards village and ward volunteers by clapping hands at 7 pm on Friday for their efforts in bringing Gram Swaraj in the state.
