Sonia Gandhi writes letter to Congress-ruled states to override Centre's new farm laws
NEW DELHI: Congress party chief Sonia Gandhi dashed-off a letter to Congress-ruled state chief ministers consider to bring new laws to overrule the Centre's new farm bills. Congress party President Sonia Gandhi asked the Congress-ruled states to consider to bring new laws in their respective states under Article 254(2) of the constitution which provides right to the state legislature to pass a law to nullify the bills against the farmers.
