Girl killed in elephant attack in Andhra Pradesh

CHITTOOR: In a tragic incident, an intermediate studying girl student trampled to death by a wild elephant in Chittoor district. The incident took place around Wednesday midnight in Kuppam constituency. According to the reports, the deceased identified as Sonia along with her father stayed in their fields during the nights to protect the crops from wild animals.

It is learnt that a wild tusker attacked the duo and the girl died on the spot. Her father narrowly escaped from the wild elephant attack. A pall of gloom descended over the village after her death. Click the video to know more information.
