AP CM YS Jagan takes Rs 4,000 crore from Centre to install electricity meters: Minister Harish Rao

HYDERABAD: Telangana Finance Minister T Harish Rao made controversial comments on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Addressing the meeting, Minister Harish Rao criticised that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan installing electricity meters at bores and well in the agricultural fields after accepting the offer of Rs 4,000 crore from Central government.
Minister Harish Rao said that Centre conducted a meeting with Finance Ministers and offers Rs 2,500 crore to Telangana and Rs 4,000 crore to Andhra Pradesh for which Telangana government opposed. He said that the AP government accepted the proposal and installing the meters at bores and wells.
