Somu Veerraju demands Kodali Nani to withdraw temple comments
AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju on Monday demanded Minister Kodali Nani to withdraw his comments on temples. Speaking to the media, Veerraju said that his party cadre would submit representations to Lord Hanuman idols and complaints in police stations against Kodali Nani. The BJP leader slammed TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu for trying to become a champion of Hindus. He stated that 30 Hindu temples were demolished in the previous TDP rule. Veerraju made Chandrababu responsible for the death of 30 Hindu devotees in a stampede at Rajahmundry in East Godavari district during Godavari Pushkaralu.
