RAJAHMUNDRY. Seethanagaram's Dalit man head tonsured case taking new turns with twists after the victims wrote a letter to the President of India seeking permission to join Naxalism if the government unable to do justice for him. In a letter, the victim whose head was tonsured by police in Seethanagaram, Rajahmundry, East Godavari requested the President to arrest all the accused in the case.
He mentioned in the letter, "if law and order failed to do justice I want to look another way to protect my dignity." Speaking to the media, the victim said that no official approached him and not offered any kind of help to him. Earlier, the police in Vedullapalli, Seethanagaram allegedly tonsured the head of Dalit man for questioning the illegal sand mafia and the news created ripples across the state.
