Andhra Pradesh begins sero surveillance in four districts - Tv9

In the wake of the rapid rise of the corona cases in AP, the state government took a key decision. The government has launched a sero surveillance survey in the state. This survey will help to find out the intensity of the virus transmission. It will help the state government to strategically plan to prevent the virus.
First, the survey will begin in the four districts, namely East Godavari, Krishna, Nellore, and Anantapur. Three thousand seven hundred samples will be collected from each district. The survey will be completed in a week.
Andhra Pradesh Health Secretary KS Jawahar Reddy has shared the functioning of this survey.
