State govt files stay vacation petition in SC over issue on three capitals
AP High Court has recently put the stay order over the decentralization of governance (three capitals) and the abolition of the CRDA. The AP government has approached the Supreme Court in this regard. It has filed the stay vacation petition in the apex court.
Earlier, the state and Amravati JAC farmers have raised the issue legally on the capital decentralization and cancellation of CRDA. Earlier, the Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswa Bhushan Harichandan approved the bills on three capitals for AP and another one repealing the AP Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) Act.
