Centre never intervenes in state capital issues: AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju
AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party's newly appointed chief Somu Veerraju asserted that the Centre will not intervene in State capital issues. Earlier, BJP MP YS Chowdary (Sujana Chowdary) said that the Centre has the power to direct the state and it would intervene in the issue at right time. Addressing the media, Somu Veerraju said that some political parties are trying to create trouble to them by raising questions over Centre's stand on AP capital issue.
He further added that during the tenure of Chandrababu Naidu, he invited PM Modi to lay the foundation stone for Amaravati. But, the Centre never involved in any other matters which he announced. He asserted that the Centre will never intervene in state capital issues.
