The country has a proud moment on July 29th as the country saw Rafales fly over the Indian soil and touching base at the Ambala airbase. On the other hand, meet Saurav Chordia, who designed arm patches worn by pilots of the five Rafale jets. He designed the patches without expecting any payment. However, the Indian Air Force is promoting his talent by offering him a stipend.
Saurav is a 22-year-old hailing from a small town Basugao in Assam's Bodoland region. Saurav Chordia had wished to be a pilot, but his destiny was something different. His aspiration to become a pilot failed due to weak eyesight.
