Suspense continues over AP Guv’s decision on 3-capitals & CRDA repeal Bills
AP Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan has sought legal advice on three-capitals and CRDA repeal Bills. The YSRCP government had forwarded both Bills to the Governor for the assent ten days ago. According to reports, Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy met the Governor and explained the process followed by his government for getting clearance to Bills from both Houses. He also informed the Governor about the need of decentralisation for the overall development of the state. The decision of the Governor on Bills is expected in a day or two, according to sources.
