Warangal MGM hospital superintendent resigns
WARANGAL: Amid the Coronavirus pandemic, the superintendent of Warangal Mahatman Gandhi Memorial (MGM) hospital has resigned. According to the sources, Warangal MGM hospital superintendent Bathula Srinivas Rao has resigned citing health issues. It is said that Srinivas Rao has sent his resignation letter to the director of medical education. The health department is busy on appointing new superintendent to the hospital amid the increasing Coronavirus positive cases.
Recently, Corona patients at MGM hospital walked out of the isolation ward and staged a protest against the lack of necessary amenities in the hospital. Earlier, the superintendent of Nizamabad government hospital also resigned.
