2 girls go into flooded river for taking selfies, rescued in MP
A group of 12 girls has gone for a picnic at the Pench river near Chhindwara city in Madhya Pradesh. However, two girls went into the river for taking selfies. The river flooded with a sudden heavy downpour in catchment areas. Unaware of rise in water levels in the river, both girls continued to take selfies. Later, they realised the river has swollen. Other girls in the group have called the police for help. With the support of locals, the police personnel rescued the girls. A police official no one was injured in the incident.
