CRDA repeal, three-capital Bills reach Raj Bhavan after CM’s approval
The CRDA repeal and three-capital Bills have reached the Raj Bhavan after the approval of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Earlier, Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan had sent both Bills for legal scrutiny as part of the procedure after he had received from the state government. Opposition parties and Amaravati JAC have written letters to the Governor urging him not to pass the Bills. As setting up the AP Capital was part of the AP Reorganisation Act, the TDP requested the Governor to send the Bills for President of India for approval.
