AP govt sends 3 capitals, CRDA repeal Bills to Governor for approval
The YSRCP government sent the Andhra Pradesh three capitals and CRDA repeal Bills to Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan on Saturday. Officials concerned said that both Bills are deemed to be passed by the Legislative Council after one month even after rejection. However, Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Yanamala Ramakrishnudu has written a letter to the Governor, requesting him not to sign the Bills as they were sent to the select committee for scrutiny. If the Governor gives approval for Bills then they will be forwarded to President Ram Nath Kovid.
