AP 3 capitals, CRDA repeal Bills to reach Governor on Saturday
According to highly placed sources, Legislative Assembly Speaker Thammineni Seetharam will forward the Andhra Pradesh three capitals and CRDA repeal Bills to Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan on Saturday. Any bills rejected or passed by the Legislative Council are deemed to be passed after a month. The YSRCP government reportedly wants to send the Bills to President Ram Nath Kovid after the Governor passes them. The political analysts say that the AP government can avoid legal scrutiny once the President gives assent to both Bills. The main opposition TDP has been opposing creation of three capitals for the state.
