Fresh HRD guidelines out for online classes, screen time cut

The Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) has released fresh guidelines for conducting online classes for students with fixed timings. Two sessions have to be conducted for students of 1 to 8 per day. Each session will be a duration of 30 to 45 minutes. Likewise, four sessions per day for students of 9 to 12th standard. Only 30 minutes session for students of the pre-primary. However, the HRD gave liberty for states to formulate their own guidelines for holding online classes to students. The ministry limited screen timing keeping the health of students in mind.
