Airborne transmission of COVID 19: WHO issues new guidelines
The World Health Organization has released new guidelines on COVID-19 transmission. The UN body has made it clear that air transmission of the coronavirus is not possible in all places, and such communication is sporadic.
WHO has released a statement stating that there are chances of spreading the virus through the air in crowded indoor places and the places where ventilation provision is not there. It said that there is the possibility of aerosol transmission in restaurants or fitness classes.
WHO has concluded after going through the report of some of the scientists, who submitted that the virus might spread through the air.
