Royal Bengal tiger dies at Nehru Zoological Park Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: In a tragic incident, an 11-year-old Royal Bengal tiger died in Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad. According to the sources, the Bengal tiger died due to cardiac arrest on Saturday night. The male Royal Bengal tiger Kadamba was off feed from the past few days and was on observation without showing any illness symptoms. But, it died on Saturday due to the cardiac arrest.
The autopsy report also revealed that the tiger died due to heart failure. The tiger Kadamba was brought to Hyderabad zoo from Pilukula Biological Park, Mangalore as part a of the animal exchange in 2014. It is known that on 25th June an eight-year-old while tiger Kiran died due to neoplastic tumour. Click the video for more information.
