Excessive interference by courts in govts functioning not right: AP Speaker Thammineni
AP Legislative Assembly Speaker Thammineni Seetharam has expressed concern over excessive interference of the judiciary in the administrative affairs of the state government. Speaking to the media on Thursday, the Speaker asked the courts whether they want to rule the states by instructing the governments. Thammineni said as to what is the need for conducting the elections and people electing MLAs, MPs and other representatives. However, Thammineni mentioned that governments should function as per the Constitution. He made the TDP responsible for obstructing the passage of the Appropriation Bill in the Legislative Council.
