IPL could be held in front of empty stands - Saurav Ganguly
It is a little breather for cricket lovers, as IPL 2020 is more likely to be conducted after the coronavirus scare slows down. Reports suggest that BCCI president Saurav Ganguly is confident of an IPL in 2020 despite its present status of suspension for an indefinite period because of the raging corona pandemic.
BCCI President has hoped that this year’s IPL could be conducted in empty stadiums, keeping and exploring other options in mind. He has recently sent a letter to all the affiliated units on this aspect after the ICC Board meeting.
