Nimmagadda Ramesh not to file contempt petition against AP govt immediately - NTv

Former State Election Commissioner (SEC) Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has decided to wait for the orders from the AP government for taking charge as the SEC with the High Court reinstating him after striking down the ordinance issued reducing the term of the SEC.
According to reports, Ramesh will wait for 12 days till the completion of summer holidays to the AP High Court. If the state government fails to give him orders then he wants to file the contempt petition in the High Court. Meanwhile, the AP government filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the High Court judgement.
