Union Minister posts tutorial on ways to make face masks

Union Minister for Environment Prakash Javadekar has posted a tutorial video on his twitter handle on ways to make face masks with a piece of cloth i.e., using a handkerchief. He has suggested people to do-it-yourself (DIY) at home using simple steps. The union minister has made the mask with a handkerchief and two rubber bands. The union minister took the initiative to share the video as the country is facing a shortage of Personal protective equipment (PPE) amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
